   • Points typically expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

4. Points Rules & Redemption

• Points are credited to your account after order completion and once the return period (30 days) has passed.

• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

• If an order placed with points is returned, only the amount actually paid will be refunded; points used will be re-credited to your account (if still valid).

• We reserve the right to void points or suspend membership in cases of program abuse (e.g., fraudulent transactions, fake reviews).

5. Account Security
