2. Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment verification.

Delivery Times: Standard global delivery takes approximately 7-15 business days. Estimated delivery times for different service levels (e.g., Economy, Express) will be displayed at checkout.

Factors Affecting Delivery: Delivery times commence once the parcel is handed to the carrier and do not include customs clearance. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or customs inspections.
3. Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight/dimensions of your order.

Taxes & Duties (DDP): We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for most destinations. This means the price you pay at checkout includes all estimated import duties, taxes, and fees. You will not face any additional charges upon delivery. This is a core part of our transparent pricing promise.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order in real-time via the "My Account" section on our website or the carrier's site.
5. Customs & Import
While duties are prepaid, your parcel is still subject to customs declaration upon entry to your country. In rare cases, local customs authorities may request additional information for clearance. Our logistics team can assist, but any resulting delays are beyond our control.
6. Shipping Address & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once an order status is "Shipped." Football Jersey Guide is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us immediately.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
