Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Accompanied by the original order number or confirmation email.

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Any item not in its original condition.

Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Return Process (4 Simple Steps)

Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team via the “Contact Us” page with your order number and reason for return.

Get RMA Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return warehouse address (based on your location).

Ship the Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.

Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 5-10 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We facilitate exchanges for a different size, subject to stock availability. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
Refund Timing
After we process your refund, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a correct replacement or a full refund.
